Founder and Director of the Social Policy and Action Organization, i and the Project Manager of various EU co-funded projects. She has been involved in civil society and EU programmes, at national and European level, as a volunteer, a youth worker, and a project manager since 2001 and an experienced trainer since 2005. She has participated as an independent expert consultant on social policy issues, gender equality and social inclusion.

Constantinos Constantinou
Photographer, filmmaker and educator. His work is interdisciplinary, working with photographic archives, analogue photographic practices, sound and installations. He studied Photography and Audiovisual Arts at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and analogue photography techniques, sculpture and installations at Mimar Sinan Fine Art University, Istanbul.MA in "Video Production, Audiovisual Media and Motion Graphics", University of West Attica.
Anna Prodromou
Consultant & Researcher and Trainer on Communications and on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the Workplace. She is the founder of Anna Prodromou Inc. and president of the WICZ+ Foundation, a non-for-profit organization focusing on human rights. She leads the Cyprus Chapter of the 'Culture First Community' and created the 'Wikimedia Community User Group Cyprus'. Anna is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction at the Faculty of Pure and Applied Sciences, OUC.
Spyroula Mavrommati
Project Manager, holder of BA in Turkish Studies and an MBA with a focus on Employee Relations. She possesses extensive experience in teaching Greek and Turkish to adults, having worked in both private and secondary schools.Pursuits include a master’s in computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) and ongoing studies in Adult Education, showcasing her dedication to lifelong learning. Engaged in various bi-communal initiatives and projects on AI, women in ICT, and LifeComp skills, she continuously expands her professional skills.

Professional Nurse and Midwife for more than years at Makarios Hospital and other Cliniques in the past. Her interests include cooking, dancing, knitting and traveling.

Professional Beautician with Diploma by KES College. Professional experience as Office Administrator and Travel Officer at Katshis Travel. She has been involved a Youth Worker at SPAO and a volunteer in projects related to children and young people.
Valentina Karashiali
English secondary teacher at Idalion Lyceum Nicosia and a Youth Worker responsible for supporting children in the informal group "Active Citizens". She holds a BA in English Language and Linguistics, MA in Applied Educational Leadership and Management. Extensive interest in both Greek and English literature, exercising and attending yoga classes.

Senior Firefighter, writer and a Travel Agent with specialization in Greece. He has been involved in SPAO's programmes related to humanitarian support and empowerment of senior citizens.
