We are looking for professionals to participate as H.E.Y! Mentors in the H.E.Y! Online Mentoring Programme!
Each partner organization will identify and assign 10 H.E.Y! Mentors in partner countries, namely, Cyprus, Italy, France, Ireland, Spain, Portugal.
H.E.Y! Mentors should be:
Professionals in civil society (youth workers/ leaders/ managers), or the business sector or the government;
Over 30 years old (no age limit);
With high knowledge, experience, know-how, and expertise, personal/professional interest or involvement in one or all the following thematic priorities: Social Inclusion, Socialization, Employment, Personal Development;
With interest and willingness in providing practical advice, sharing knowledge and experience with a young Returnee/NEET (Mentee);
Support a young person Returnee or/and NEEDs changing and improving her/his life and future;
With available time for at least 4 online weekly mentoring sessions during the 1-month mentoring process.
