The goal of the Training Programme "HEY! Heightening the Engagement of Youth"! is to actively engage #youth workers, OSC workers, social service operators, and youth leaders in each targeted country.

Presenting the last three training modules, resulting from the valuable cooperation among partners.

3. Learning and unexpected outcomes of online engagement, aiming to enhance the skills of youth workers on organizing interactive activities, online events, and virtual activities

4. Social campaigning, aiming to provide knowledge and enhance skills of participants on practical methods to learn how to include young people in advocacy campaigns

5. Motivation and interpersonal communication, aiming to boost or develop the soft skills of participants such as teamwork, communication, conflict management, leadership, negotiation and empathy
